"Since I started at fluent solar I was at the top of the numbers. But whenever I required more work, I would ask and did not receive more work but got criticized because I didn’t have anything to do. I had the most approvals and submissions for clients yet I was talked about With my peers and managers. The management was very poor and couldn’t handle being a manager in the most proper way. And was very racist to people who are not white and are different."
