"I've been with Flower City Communications for about 6 months. My bosses are great and very understanding people. They oftentimes mismanage their personnel, however they treat their personnel very well on an interpersonal level. Pay is not that good. No one makes more than $20 an hour, regardless of how long they have been employed by FCC. There is also very little potential for promotion. If you want a promotion someone needs to die or retire. There is also very little training."
