What do you like about working at Florida Medical Clinic?

"I enjoy the privilege of being able to work at home. I have been with the company for over 5 years, and I can say the management treats the personnel with great respect. They make me feel like a valued employee, which I feel is important in the workplace. I would give FMC a definite thumbs up for anyone looking for employment with the potential for growth."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would say being genuine is the key. In making a good first impression, one would need to be completely honest about what they are looking for and then be consistent with follow up. Call back and thank the manager for the interview and then if hired, continue to be consistent with good work habits and you will stay a long time. Like I said, they value their employees :)"

What don't you like about working at Florida Medical Clinic?

"What's there not to like Great management, flexibility in schedule, great pay, great benefits... hey, I have no complaints whatsoever :)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no suggestions for management at the present time. They do a wonderful job :)"
