"Yes, don't overlook an individual because they may not have all the experience that is being required for this position. I view this as the 80/20 rule. The 80% are the complacent people and 20% are the people that actually makes the different either with experience or not. Therefore don't limit the organization's growth potential."

"The culture of the organization which was a much older generation and change was difficult for some."
