"My time at FlixBus was a positive experience overall. While the unicorn start-up offered much opportunity to be creative to maintain autonomy, there seemed to be a disconnect with the HQ and CA office. There were a few managers who could use some training in communication as well as skills to help them develop their teams better but aside from that, the overall office culture was easy-going and inviting. If you're seeking a professional experience where you're encouraged to develop and test your skillset, then this would be a good starter job. (I say starter because salaries might not be as desirable for some and because they're still improving their process)"
