"Always check-up on and review proper procedures almost daily, because they do change without notice to everyone involved. Better safe than sorry."

"Not much job security at all. Also it seeemed like only a few selest people did the majority of the work."

"To take some time at least monthly to oversee first hand, on the planes what is done, and how it's done to possibly suggest or enforce some improvements."
