"Flight provides you with a pathetic level of training. They do not supply any of your required uniform. They will hire any pretty face right off the street, and if an employee questions an owner, has the wrong haircut, refuses the sexual advances of a manager, or isn't white, they will be fired. Also, the management forces you to monthly attend a 3 hour meeting where you must write out the menu. Lunch shifts are the worst I have ever seen, and dinner shifts are routinely 8 hours long for avg $."
