"Flexera is a 10-year-old startup. It was time for a strong pivot and I was asked to drive the change that would take them to the next level. Not an easy task as changing the status quo environment is always a challenge and the only way to succeed to lead everyone to achieve greatness. People like the startup feel of little or no bureaucracy, but in order to scale, you have to put in the necessary KPIs and Personal Business Commitments and processes that drive success. You just can't go fast without guardrails."
