"FTG is an amazing company in some regards and not so much in others. While you will find amazing people here and some very unique and brilliant minds do not expect to be able to use all those amazing ideas. I often find innovation takes quite a bit to launch. I suppose it can be expected since this is a rather old type of industry; being print management. Major changes need to be made here and will get passed on due to cost. I don't think employee pay is very standardized. So people make way too much while others do not make enough for all they do."
