"Definitely not a well run machine. It's a "sink or swim" environment. Because of the high turnover, new employees get placed on the side lines. Unfortunately there is no one to train when this happens. You learn as you go and get belittled for small, fixable mistakes that could have been avoided all together if training was in place. Employees call out sick A LOT, which makes the situation even worse. Don't work here unless you've got tons of experience and can jump in with little to no training. Be prepared for a crazy workload that creates so much stress for the coworkers around you. Good luck and may the force be with you!"
