"At first the opportunity to start a new division as well as having management listen to plan for execution."

"Always get commitment's in writing so that there is a clear understanding of what the goals of the company are as well as the length of time to accomplish these goals. Make sure that all goals are realistic and management and that they understand this."

What don't you like about working at Fleischer's Bagels?

"The lack of focus and communicating. The none response to the calls of establishing pricing, packaging, POS. Constantly not be able to get the the support internally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If commitment is solid and board is understanding and patient to what the time frame is realistically, stay the course knowing that it is not a sprint so that the base of new opportunity will be solid and long lasting."
