"I have worked at Flav for almost a year. With them I have been able to work on a number of packaging solutions all while following strict compliance laws. I enjoy working closely with my supervisor who is respectful and is open to new ideas. The company has a lot of moving parts and some process are not as smooth as they should be. There are also a few big egos who look down on newer/junior employees."
