"I worked for Flash Global for 3 years and I would say this is a company with potential. There’s a lot of moving parts and there’s a lot to learn. I was exposed to a multitude of different projects and gained a wealth of knowledge. The company is still growing so it’s yet to find its proper structure which could be a problem for some. Overall I’ll give Flash 3 stars because there’s pro’s and con’s to working here depending on the type of person you are."
