"The company clearly started out being a great place to work with real leadership. Now it's a friends club and nothing else. You keep your job or get ahead if you're friends with the founder's family. The people are generally great. Business unit leaders are beholden to the friends club, and everything falls apart from there. My manager was phenomenal and was the one bright light there for me."
