"I have worked for Flambeau for 5 years. I enjoyed the people there but the company itself was on the wrong track. I lost my job due to an across the board headcount reduction."

"I have been working here at Flambeau since early December 2019. My supervisor, VP of Sales, and I had a lot of processes that we were going to improve upon. My supervisor left here 2 months ago, with only being here for 18 months. My replacement supervisor, the CFO, is also now leaving, with only being here about 1 year. Flambeau does not have any written policies and procedures related to my job, and I find it very, very difficult to get my job done and to get it done in an accurate manner. These are the big reasons why I am looking for other employment."
