"I am writing this so when she posts this job again, the next person will be forewarned. Completely inconsistently managed across the five associations she has contract to. She has far too much on her plate for one employee and herself. No cycle of execution, boss works in a vacuum but expects accurate representation of the state of affairs to outsiders and never tell them she is out of the state. Plus you must smile at all the representatives in the associations she manages while she talks behind all their backs and tries to jockey the position of future presidents and officers. Boss swears like an undignified sailor and screams at the employee (because she can), calls you an idiot and makes for a room full of eggshells."
