"Extreme micromanaging. That’s the major negative. Other than that the company has a lot of room to grow. The team members there have a lot of eagerness for a higher budget and to be able to utilize better technology. There is some worry and excitement surrounding the upcoming merger. Mostly the teams are hoping to see an increase in the ability to do more with IT and process improvements."
