"It takes an unsual individual to be able to adapt to this company's work environment."

What don't you like about working at F.L. Smithe Machine Company?

"Not technologically progressive. Won't furnish engineering personnel with the latest tools to perfome theit task (still using AutoCAD LT to design complex machinery). FLS management is restrictive as to what is an acceptable design of their prducts. The management will not consider employee suggestions, including those involving engineering functions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, they wouldn't listen."
