"Company has a strong reputation as the sister company of Fitch Ratings, the credit rating agency and has recently acquired BMI research and fully integrated the data and research into its online platform. Salary and compensation is great, however this is not enough to keep employees happy as there is high turnover. Management knows there are issues but does not care to fix them, such as ensuring that inside sales gets the bulk of all leads coming in and not passing along qualified leads to sales directors. There are other issues of compansation and benefits for sattelite offices such as buying your own health insurance and not giving time off during religous holidays, yet working when there is a local government enforced mandate that no work is allowed, so there is zero work life balance. I've seen people come to sales kick offs and miss the birth of their child, or come in to work a day after their parent has passed."
