"First Solar is a dynamic company that is ever changing. This makes things exciting and crazy all at the same time. The strength of the company is their ability to adapt. However, this is also a weakness of the company, in that work teams just can't keep up in a disciplined manner to ensure process and systems are managed efficiently. This leads to the constant need for improvements that should have been done from the start. Going fast is great, but going too fast....not so much."
