"I joined First Solar in 2016. This is a renewable energy company with many smart people working there. The solar panels they made is to convert solar energy into electricity. The headquarter and its research and development department are located in the US, while the manufacturing facilities are mainly located in South-east Asia. It has about 7000 employees around the world. The company culture is nice. it is a good place to work."

In these past few years, nothing has really been accomplished in trying to fix these issues.
