"Upon the start of my employ I had high hopes, as I was recruited with the promise of "working in finance". What I found is training, just enough to get you licensed in the field with very little support thereafter. I was told "we put 15k into you and the call from Edison is to cut you loose"! Even though, I had just developed a new market for this firm that consisted of physicians in the tri-state area. I was also told plainly, that this firm "doesn't insure immigrants" when I attempted."
