"Direct Managers were very accessible; I was always acknowledge both verbally and financially for my work. I had many opportunities to grow as an individual."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If its for the Bank (First Tennessee Bank); as a parent company they were great to be associated with. However, I can't really say too much about the bank side as I didn't have much contact with them."

What don't you like about working at First Horizon Home Loans?

"My time was cut short due to the market and industry as a whole."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They too will be losing their jobs, if not already, so not much I can say to them."
