"Inquire about the process. how much control you have with pricing and placing deals. And make sure you discuss your compensation and get it in writing."

"The pay, the management's need for deception and secrecy, and the lack of growth opportunity."

"Communicate with your employees alot more. Not everything must be disclosed but its hard to have a company with 100s of employees in the same building who cant communicate with each other until certain times of the day. Managers and loan officers should be able to speak with processors and underwriters in that industry."

"The mandatory 4 points that had to be charged or the manager would not signoff on the loan. The compensation was attrocious."

"They were bought out by the now defunct Delta Funding therefore I have no advice for them at this time."
