"Terrible company to work for. In the accounting area people are always being fired so it is a culture of fear being fostered. Management is terrible in the department. No management skills such as mentoring or coaching, just criticism and letting you know what you did wrong. The response you get when asking for help is "I figured it out, you need to go figure it out too!" In my area, both accountants had to be on anti-depressants just to stay sane if that tells you anything."
