"I worked for Sears for 5 years. Every year I enjoyed working for Sears because of the wonderful benefits and overtime. They had strong values and great staff. Although the discount was very small the clothes were cheaper enough I didn't need a huge discount. Unfortunately, bad management sucks the company as a whole. The employees were dedicated and hard-working. I will miss Sears."
