"I’ve worked for First Call of Dallas since December 26 of 2017. First Call truly is a great company to work for, they treat you like family. The only reason I want to leave is that there is not enough room to move up.. the pay is not nearly as competitive as it should be for the required function of the job. I love the company but I am ready for my next challenge."
