"I've worked at First Banks for 13 years. A lot of it has been really good, until now. Change is in the air. Flexibility is dying. You now work long hours, avoid blame, and are tracked at your desk with spy software. There Is no training, poor compensation, and mediocre health care and benefits. If you're starting out, or just have no place else to go, sign up. Otherwise try elsewhere if you can."
