"I've been with First American Payment Systems for a long time! It's been a long and winding journey that I was hoping would turn out a different way. The culture at the company has changed in many ways from 1) an aggressive growth company to almost no growth at all, 2) promoting/rewarding employees solely based on tenure or affiliation with family and friends of the Executive team, 3) and lastly my manager inability to be a true business leader rather than just that of a task manager. I believe First American is a good company if you are the type of person who wants a job and not a progressive career in your field. I have been given many opportunities here over the years leading to experience but not given the nod to advance my position beyond getting the work done for them."
