"FAT (First Alliance Title) provided a lot of freedom with accountability. The best part of my role as an AE was: reaching out to realtors on the phone and in person. Some of my best friends now are RE agents. I worked had to meet with 8-10 agents a week and call at least 40 yet could never make enough money each month to stay. Con: The pay and lack of consistency with job performance wreaked havoc on our reputation and ability to bring in & retain customers."
