Firespring Employee

"I worked at Firespring for over eight years and saw it grow from about 20 to 200 people over my tenure. I loved the competitive environment. My wage was quite a ways below the industry standard for web development but the environment was amazing. Training, skills, and tools came with ease as long as you ask for them and the request was within reason. Firespring set the bar high and I am unsure any other employer will come close. I feel this company will continue to grow."
