"Excitment, especially in the beginning as this was a start-up company and I was fully involved with helping it to get established"

What don't you like about working at FireScope?

"New management came in after I had been with the company over 2 years and decided they would not be flexible with me working from home which was my initial agreement with the CEO when hired."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Re-evaluate and be more flexible especially in the above areas and especially when quotas and job requirements are being met on a continual basis as was mine"
