"I've worked with Firefly for 3 months and find it to be a challenging work environment. It's a very young startup that's going through many changes and has to develop and iterate quickly. Pros: Good perks and a competitive salary. Cons: Executive leadership is lacking and there is not a good balance between creating products quickly to beat competitors and creating quality products that benefit the client."
