"While the type of work, and interaction was high, the management and company decisions were always ill-advised. Stress and job security were always an issue, and employees were never valued. Management always had you fearing your employment and those that spoke up about their worries were usually the first to go. I would not recommend this employer to others unless things really turned around or new ownership stepped in."
