"The good part is that the low level management team (CIO, IT Managers) were great, but the executive leaders were an old couple that didn't understand or support technology. They micromanaged every aspect of the company and frequently made, then reversed decisions. A few years ago there was a different CEO and then the company was great."

"Fire Mountain is negative on how they treat their employee's. This company closed without telling anyone. We came in to work on Saturday and they told us that night to come in on Sunday to get our final checks. Fire Mountain put me in a financial situation and they had no concern. The representative that came to give us our checks laughed the entire time. I would never work for this company again. I lost everything besides my car. I fail behind on all my bills and had no money to eat."
