"I've worked for Finys for two years. When I started, the environment was very coding-heavy, and I was able to learn a lot about maintaining websites and applications, as well as improve my coding ability and learn new languages like JavaScript. However, after a year, they moved to a new technology that I very quickly grew to hate because it was tedious, unchallenging, didn't give me the same drive, and especially for what I was paid, I couldn't stand it and quickly grew to hate coming into the office every morning. When my job was code-focused, I enjoyed it, but I lost that love when the coding disappeared."
