"I worked for Fincor Construction for 11 months. Overall, I found the company to be strong and successful on a professional level. They treated their clients with a great amount of respect and work produced was very beautiful. The office itself is a fully restored brick home from the 1930's. It is gorgeous. Working in a small office was a struggle as the people in the office thrived on gossip and complaints. There was a consistent fear of the president's mood swings. I never felt comfortable. They fired me two weeks before I was to receive a Christmas bonus and only a day after I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I was told I was a good employee, that I completed all the work that was asked of me, but that seemed not to matter. The president of the company ignored my phone calls and refused to talk to me about the matter. Furthermore, this company offers only 5 vacation days after you have worked there for a full year. You are expected to come work even when you are sick. This is a great company to hire, but not so great to work for."
