"Use catchy jargon and phrases that apply to customer service. They want you to be very competitive and someone who sounds like they know what they are doing."
What don't you like about working at Fidelity Investments?
"They treat the phone reps poorly and motivation is done by threatening you with your job or poor reviews by your manager. If you are not in the top 3 then you might as well be in the middle of the pack. You get the same raises and just as much grief as the guys on the bottom."

"Stand up for your reps and let those above you know when new policies are going to make life much worse for the phone reps."

"The products. Country has a full line of products to sell including, property and casualy, life and health, financial products, commercial insurance, business insurance,etc."

"Spend a day with an actual agent to see if it something you would be interested in doing."

"It was a captive agency so the agents do not own their book of business. No form of retirement program for agents."

"Consider offering a retirement program for all the agents."
