What do you like about working at Ford Motor?

"Not much at all, nothing, really."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Auto and government are very similar. If you enjoy slow-moving companies where you need to work hard enough to not be fired, then you're good."

What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?

"Ford is where dreams to go die. It is a culture of fear. The departments are heavily silo'd and do not work together. There is a reason why cars take 5 years from inception to production. Ford is successful in spite of the processes used, not because of them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop fearing new technology and processes to manage the company."

"the cafeteria food was good, males in IT and Retail POS seem to be ruled by females, some of which skipped classes in management ethics"

"eyes wide open......"

What don't you like about working at Staples?

"women in management roles are drama queens, play favorites, which generally are inferior in skill sets required to accomplish stated goals"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"wake up to the reversed sexual and age discriminations going on the past four years, HR is really not up to handling the true case load that exists"
