"I have worked for the Wells Fargo fraud division since May 2018. I was a major asset to the company and specifically the fraud department due to my strong analytical skills. Evaluation of each account and activity to determine fraudulent activity required strong attention to detail. However, there was not very much enforcement by HR or 1st line managers regarding harassment and bullying between employees. This, unfortunately, made it difficult to efficiently complete all tasks and duties required for this career."
".... The environment in which I currently work is uncomfortable due to co-workers who are openly making lewd and cruel comments. They are never disciplined for their actions."
