"The communication skill can get more detailed, I think that if you do not feel comfortable with something you should express yourself before it gets bigger."

"I get to choose my own hours and work with people who need my help or are just open to new opportunities."

"You must be very outgoing and ready to meet and greet new people to survive."

"If I do not work, I do not get paid. In other words, no paid vacations or sick days."

"Upgrade base the base pay for proven associates and managers."

"I like the salary, the ability to travel, and the variety."

"Be ready for all the consequences of a big company - i.e., people are more disconnected and you are shipped around like a resource, not treated like a person."

"I feel as if I have no control over my career. I have to travel 100% of the time, and I have no say in the type of work I do. I work long hours, but the content of my work is mind numbing and in no way challenging."

"I would take an interest in what my employees actually want and try to give them that within reason."

"Schwab does have decent benefits and decent but not great pay for Orlando"

"Discuss how you work well with other departments. Use a bunch of douchy corporate speak and they will love you"

"Typical large company. Management down to frontlines afraid to make a decision."

"Walt seems to be doing the right things but he just doesn't inspire"

"Read the employment contract. It is one sided. Show it to your attorney if you can."

"Old business model, very high employee turnover and management turnover."

"improve the business model... create a win-win model, old business model does not work."

"The company was going through a reorganization and that made it hard to get things done."

"The company expectation was very high, too high. I had to wear black everywhere."

"I will let people be a bit thoughtful and a bit creative so that they will fell not forced but feel a bit responsible for their work, by giving each person a responsibility."

"Nowhere to grow. Salary is not too good for the amount of performance expected."
