"I like that they allow you to run your business... for the most part."

"Unfortunately, I think in the Chicago market there is a lot of ethical issues. I feel as though upper management turns a blind eye to it. It is a well known fact in some cases."

"Have the courage to approach your top performers on what is happening. Just because they are producing big numbers, it doesn't mean it is the correct way."
