"The people I deal with are exceptional to speak to. They always return my calls and are always friendly."

"That we don't get paid for holidays."

"Since this economy is so bad and a lot of people are out of jobs it would be nice to get paid for the holidays, for we are taking a really big pay decrease to start with and then we have to worry about how we're going to pay our bills."

"Disorganized, terms changed from interview to employment, rules applied to some and not others"

"Make a policies a procedure manual. Make a salary program. Get organized by having a weekly manger meeting and following through"
