"Yeah, keep looking for other gainful employment. We had so many good employees quit because of how this company is run."
What don't you like about working at Crossroads Beverage Group?
"This company is brand new, the machines keep failing, the benefits are not so good, I was lured away from a job/company that I loved to go to Crossroads Beverage under fals pretenses. I was hired for dayshift, now I am on 2nd, it was supposed to be a team/family oriented company, and everyone is looking out for themselves, promotoins are given to friends instead of by merrit or experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn how to properly manage and learn how to listen to the operators input, after all, we are the ones running the machines."
