What do you like about working at McMaster-Carr?
"Benefits and pay are more than excellent. People (in warehouse) are awesome. It is very fast-paced and challenging work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you get interviewed by one or two people, you're not getting hired. If you have three people interview you - YOU'RE IN! They'll make you write down your version of how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Be extremely articulate and detailed - that got me in!"
What don't you like about working at McMaster-Carr?
"I dislike the strict work regimens. They are very picky about small details, and they count every error against you. They really do sweat the small stuff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be a bit more... HUMAN."
