"It's bleeding edge tech...it doesn't get any more high tech than the nuclear industry."

"Location....if it were closer to the city I would stay there the rest of my career."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Gosh I am not sure the biggest problem with STP is its location. They have a high turnover."
