What do you like about working at Filene's Basement?

"I enjoyed the customers and my colleagues. The customers were always appreciative of the assistance that they received as a part of their shopping experience and my fellow colleagues were a dedicate group of individuals that took real pride in their work and strived to be the best at what they did."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The only tip that I have for interviewing with this company is to always be professional in both dress and demeanor and to always keep a positive attitude."

What don't you like about working at Filene's Basement?

"The only thing that I didn't like about working at Filene's Basement is that there were some limitations in adequately merchandising the stock. Because the store that I worked at was limited in space, I felt that to have a superior shopping experience, customers needed adequate space to move around as they made their selections."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My biggest suggestion for management would be to rethink their floor plans for the departments and to continue to encourage their sales staff with incentives for productivity."
