"Don't do it. There are better homebuilding companies with much better compensation packages out there. Who could live on $2000 a month. That is what a sales exec. got paid and any commission made was shared with other sales associates at the property and of course paid out when the house closed (9 months later)."

"Sales management at the time I was there was very unrealistic with unreachable goals and unrealistic expectations from the sales team."

"None now .... Sales manager was let go after I left."

"The differences of opinion I had with my manager that mad the final decision to give my notice. I would have stayed if they had another position open that fit the job set I was performing, under a different manager."

"The HR manager needs to figure out why a manager/managers seem to be going through so many assistants in a one year."
