"Negotiate for as much money as you can up front. The job is a very vital necessary function, but raises don't come if you are a contractor. After 3 years, I asked Spencer Reed for a raise. They raised me from $25 per hour to $26 per hour."

What don't you like about working at Toyota Financial Services?

"I was a contractor through Spenser Reed for over 5 years. The only benefits I received were through Spencer Reed. I did not get paid for holidays when the office was closed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider making the long term contractors permanent employees of Toyota Financial Services."
