"My current position gives me a lot of freedom to work with everyone in the office and I am not mirco-managed."

"Be aware of how Menlo is growing, it is important to know if the company you wish to work for is doing well."

What don't you like about working at Menlo Worldwide Logistics?

"Moral is low due to the loss of the Dana account, and it effects 30-40 people in the office. Those people, including myself have 6 months to either find new employment or wait for redistribution."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The building needs major overhauls, and it would be beneficial for empoyee moral to move to a location where the air / heat work properly."

"It is a struggle to introduce change. Workers are very territorial and unwilling to cooperate. They do not see the advantages of new ideas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make the culture more adaptive and open to change. I would also make the culture less hierarchical."
